He already lives in the Philippines.

People who don’t use drugs don’t see the Philippines’ stance on drugs as any sort of negative.

There’s been reports about people being gunned down as drug users or pushers that really weren’t ... I guess addressing pass grievances ....

You are correct sir. I arrived in Davao City in 2013. It was only partially about Obama. It was also cost of living, and the fact that I have a beautiful Filipina wife, as you can see her my profile page, who wants to stay around her family. 👍😊
My wife and her whole family voted for former Davao City mayor Duterte. One has to live here, to get a feeling for how the people are sick to death of out of touch, corrupt politicians (kind of like Americans) My opinion is, that there are hardly any non violent drug offenders. There is a lot of violence in drugs, and the people have had their fill of it. Duterte is trying to stop the Philippines from becoming another Mexico. How is Mexico going to solve their cartel problems? I don't know, but sometimes their politics can get REALLY rough too, as evidenced by the Maguindanao massacre of 2009
This was between rival clans in Ampatuan, Maguindanao. It's interesting here. 🙃
