Joseph Tompkins is an "irreparable harm" survivor. He's the guy who got the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to force a small Indiana town to remove a cross from atop its municipal Christmas tree on Monday.
Mr. Tompkins, who must be blessed with remarkably selective eyesight, was "forced to come into direct and unwelcome contact" with the cross on top of the tree in the public square as he drove through Knightstown, causing him "irreparable harm," said the ACLU lawsuit filed on Dec. 8 on his behalf.

The power of the cross is proven every time one of these lawsuits is filed. No other symbol on earth has this much power to convict.
If Joseph Tompkins is that delicate, he belongs in an institution behind padded walls. If, as is more likely, Joseph Tompkins is just a bully, then he belongs behind steel bars. Either way, decent people should not be forced to obey someone that sick.

I ws driving through town and saw th Planned Prenthood sign on a building in the public square.
As an adoptee, I know that my birth mother could have gone there and killed me instead of giving birth and adopting me out. Upon seeing the sign I got terrified, sick and that night I had nightmares and could not sleep. Seeing that sign cause me irreparable harm. Here was a building with a sign sponsored by tax dollars that I was forced to witness. I want them removed from the public eye!

If he comes to my town of St Augustine then he will see a massive cross of over 200 feet, and if he is that insulted, then he will need medical, or mental help.
The ACLU does this to these small towns because they know the towns can not afford to fight them in court because of the costs. If it was up to me I would fight them every single time. Go to court. Make the guy come in and PROVE that he was harmed. Demand medical proof. We can’t just take his word for it he may be lying!
I would like to demonstrate upon the ACLU and this jackass what irreparable harm really is. I’ve put up with the sight of the monkey in the white hut for 8 years and I’m not suing anyone and the monkey really did irreparable harm to me. my bank account will forever be diminished by the cost of soylandra and all of the other leftist bullsh!t that has been rammed in my various orifices over the last 8 years.
