They were thrown into camps in pretty big numbers, weren’t they? Homosexuals?
I know there were gays in Hitler’s organization but I though I’ve read they were “masculine” gays so it was overlooked. Could be completely wrong.

The SA (storm troopers) had a lot of gays. Its leader, Ernst Rohm, and many of his subordinates were openly homosexual.
