I know some of those who were against Chavez from the beginning. They worked in one of the refineries, and were fired because they did not drink the Koolaid.
I’m sure there were many of them, and they are the ones I have the greatest sympathy for. The others I have sympathy for mainly because I myself wouldn’t want to be there, but also because they had nothing and ignorantly thought that socialism could better their lives.
