I provided the stats to you for who controls what, and your response was to list thinks we need to work on.
Do you or don’t you think we’re in a better position to do that today, than we have been in a long time?
We not only have the top positions, but we have a person who ran on changing the very things you listed.
Still, you can’t admit to yourself the Democrats have been routed.

The Democrat party is on it’s last legs.
Then you post this after I point out they are by no means on their last legs with numerous examples.

There's a big difference between routed and being on your last legs.
I agree Trump won bigley. Flipping five states back to Red was huge. Cracking the Blue wall was huge.
But I'm also a realist in looking at the Electoral Map.
I won't repeat the states that used to be red and are now blue. Perhaps, and hopefully so, there are some blue states that will now turn red going forward. We've seen flips in the country happen like that.
I also look at demographics. The white vote is declining. It will be around for about two, maybe three more cycles and then all bets are off...even if we stop illegal immigration.
However, I am under no illusion Trump is both a fiscal and social conservative. He's a populist. On the social issues I'm still not sure where he is.
But if he appoints SCOTUS judges in the manner he's indicated I can live with that and that will be a win.
If he can appoint two, maybe three, then I'd say liberalism has been put on the back burner for a while.
But liberals are like herpes...they go away for a while, but you're never rid of them.
