They’ve already delegitimized his election by repeating the new mantra that Clinton won the PV.

This is just more ammo added to that.

He will still have more than 270 anyway, as their 10 electoral votes only knocks him down to 296. So he wins with the 270 anyway. Her flipping the state does nothing other than make it closer. She would still short of 270, and he would still be above 270.

That's why they needed Michigan & Pennsylvania as well.

Here is how Clinton wins:

1. Flips WI (10), MI (16), PA (20). New totals: Clinton 278, Trump 260

2. Flips MI and PA, WI from does not vote at EC. New totals: Clinton 268, Trump 260.

3. Flips WI and PA, MI does not vote at EC. New totals: Clinton 262, Trump 260.

Without flipping PA, Clinton does not win. Stein threatened to recount other states but she has not and I believe it is too late to petition before the EC votes on Tuesday.

Stein is relying on the undervotes which are ballots that had no vote for either Trump or Clinton. For example, Michigan has about 85,000 undervotes and was won by Trump by about 11,000 votes. Stein believes she can ‘divine’ the undervotes or be assisted by Clinton criminal accomplices in pulling a switcheroo of ballot boxes, to find at least 11,000 more votes for Clinton.

I have lost track of where Stein stands in the court battles with PA but I recall she has an appeal for a PA statewide recount. She has to have a statewide recount there because of the USSC decision in Gore v. Bush 2000. I don’t think she gets it before Tuesday so it is not clear to me why she is still counting.
