Sixty out of Wisconsin’s 72 counties completed the Wisconsin recount as of Day 9, with 1,322 net votes changed since the recount began, according to the Wisconsin Election Commission.
The errors have included everything from jammed ballots to voters using the wrong pens, but they have not represented a significant shift at all.
Since both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton gained votes overall, the net result is almost nil, and Trump retains his 22,000-plus vote lead with Clinton only gaining a net 49 more votes after nine days of counting.
Meanwhile, on December 9, a federal judge rejected an effort from Trump supporters to stop the recount.

Trump has 276. He won. Easiest thing he can do is say, Hillary can have Wisconsin and Pennsylvania and once he is in office, the DOJ is doing a full investigation in every state for voter fraud. And voter ID will be implemented for 2018 and ID cards will be paid from Clinton Foundatin funds.

Of course I said a day in jest.
I logged 1200 miles in 4 days this week and I am not a trucker or delivery man. This was my route to fix stuff.
It does make you pay attention to everything.
That is one possible scenario. If you can’t manufacture votes for Hillary, take away Trump’s electoral votes by “failing” to complete the recount on time.
But what about the votes for Stein? Isn’t this the whole reason they are having a recount?
Thanks to my Governor Walker and the Republican controlled legislature, we citizens in Wisconsin now have solid voter I.D. laws. It now makes it much more difficult for the DemocRATs to cheat.
Even the darling of Wisconsin progressives Russ Feingold could not defeat Ron Johnson since we implemented voter I.D.
I feel very secure that Trump will win Wisconsin AGAIN.

And even this is misleading because the actual gain/loss for both candidates nets out at LESS THAN 100 VOTES!. Thisd is because some of the mistakes resulted in increases for and decreases for ALL the candidates and not as some believe strictly for Clinton.
Again the totals net change in votes remains LESS than 100 votes as of late Friday.
Trump’s lawyers did get the counting stopped in MI.
