Hillary Clinton was greeted by sobbing, ecstatic women on her way out of an event on Capitol Hill in Washington on Thursday.
The ardent supporters thanked the Democratic presidential nominee for running for president, albeit unsuccessfully. The group of 20-something-year-olds cried as Clinton shook their hands.
Clinton was in the company of former vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine, a Democratic senator from Virginia. Clinton spoke at Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid's portrait unveiling in the Russell Senate Office Building.
After the Reid event, Hillary Clinton greeted several Kaine staffers and young supporters, some of whom can be heard sobbing in this video pic.twitter.com/DRq0BApck1 Monica Alba (@albamonica) December 8, 2016
"This is not exactly the speech at the Capitol I hoped to be giving after the election," Clinton said. "But after a few weeks of taking selfies in the woods, I thought it would be a good idea to come out. And I'm very grateful to Harry for inviting me to be a part of this celebration."
Every time I saw this picture, I couldn’t help laughing
;)
When I read the title of this article I thought it was going to be about Robbie Mook and Timmie Kaine saying goodbye to Hillary.
I’m surprised she didn’t give a speech reminiscent of Sally Fields Oscar acceptance...........
During a (lousy) job, I eventually got the health care visitor to admit yeah, after paying nearly $5000 for premiums, I would STILL have to get past nearly $12,000 in deductibles.
Some percentage of people were stupid enough to vote for Obama; some were stupid enough to think Obama “fixed” healthcare; and amazingly, some were stupid enough to support Hillary who has been Obama’s useful tool since 2008.
I just shake my head. 1/2 of the population is so dumbed-down it boggles the mind.
These are the women who are always braying about “strong women”. As in men or conservatives can’t deal with “strong women”. They are anythning but. They demand that government/tax payers subsidize them and rescue them from life.
No need. They are walk-ons...................
Robbie Mook probably won’t get within throwing distance of her......................
Female snowflakes sobbing means this was the BEST ELECTION EVAH!
Crocodile Tears
“I know many women arent this way but this clip could be used as an argument to repeal that 19th Amendment.
And we would vote against that, Mr. Double-post.
I’m so glad I haven’t eaten today.....otherwise my keyboard would be in quite a mess. SICKENING and CLUELESS little broads worshiping at the feet of the BROAD broad..........;)
In fairness, if they're Kaine staffers they had all just watched their career plans evaporate. Some of them even probably have boyfriends who offered to marry them if they landed the WH gig and needed to clean up their personal lives for the security clearance.
#5 - Trump may actually require them to work.
#4 - Upset that allowing Hillary to steal the nomination was a worthless illegal endeavor.
#3 - Really were hoping to see Julian Assange droned.
#2 - Had invested money in war related sticks because of the coming war with Russia.
#1 - Sad about all the future graft money they have lost.
Oops. Replace sticks with stocks.
“Oh boo hoo! I cried my eyes out. I was so upset over hillary’s loss I went into the bathroom and vomited. I couldn’t go to work or school for two weeks!”
And still they say that women are better suited to be leaders than men.
Waaaaaaaah. Thank you so much. LOL!
I wasn't 100% sure about voting for Trump. Was I making the right move? Just because Hillary! was an abomination, doesn't automatically make her competitor a viable option....
....Now I see the snowflakes that are melting after Hillary's loss. I'm positive now that I made the right choice, otherwise these mentally unstable lunatics would be in charge.
