Link only due to copyright issues. Is The Detroit News a reputable source? In any case, this does not mean the Michigan Supreme Court has actually agreed to hear the Stein's case. From what I understand, the odds of doing so are slim.

Is the point essentially moot anyway? There is no conceivable way that a complete recount could be completed by the federally mandated “safe harbor” date of December 13th (4 days from today). Assuming the Michigan Supreme Court even decided to hear the case in the next day or two and sided with Stein, the earliest it could start back up would probably be Monday, one day before “Safe Harbor”.
