Link only due to copyright issues. Is The Detroit News a reputable source? In any case, this does not mean the Michigan Supreme Court has actually agreed to hear the Stein's case. From what I understand, the odds of doing so are slim.

FYI - It’s still 3-2 Republican and Stein needs a 4 votes to overturn

Not good. Three leftist judges versus two conservatives left.

Yes, it is reliable for the most part. Very liberal. WJR radio more conservative.

The recusal statements are available at the Michigan Supreme Court homepage. CJ Young's recusal statement is a good read.

The state AG's answer to Stein's leave to have her appeal heard is also available there.

I predict the Michigan Supreme Court will deny Stein's application to be heard. She can appeal that to the feds.

Well then! He can always enlarge the list until there’s nobody left to decide the case. :)

Is the point essentially moot anyway? There is no conceivable way that a complete recount could be completed by the federally mandated “safe harbor” date of December 13th (4 days from today). Assuming the Michigan Supreme Court even decided to hear the case in the next day or two and sided with Stein, the earliest it could start back up would probably be Monday, one day before “Safe Harbor”.

Her biggest problem is money...she is broke...her fundraising is stuck on $7.3 million and she already spent more that that.

Either one of these judges would make great SCOTUS justices.
