The way I see it, they can count all the votes the like after the election to see if there was any fraud. They can prosecute later.
Its too late to ask Michigan taxpayers to pony up millions to satisfy the personal grudges of left wing loonies who have no verifiable evidence that a fraud occurred on such a massive scale as to give Jill stein that kind of standing.
Michigan elected Trump. They took a long time certifying that count in order to do an electronic recount. In all that effort there has been no screaming about funny business from Michigan.
