One teen was arrested and another suffered a minor injury when a large fight broke out inside Newport Centre mall Wednesday afternoon, police said. A 14-year boy from Carbon Place in Jersey City was arrested for pushing and scuffling with a police officer who had responded to the fight, Jersey City spokeswoman Jennifer Morrill said. He was charged with aggravated assault on a police officer and resisting arrest in the incident, which occurred at about 4 p.m. A 14-year-old boy, of Ocean Avenue in Jersey City, suffered a small puncture to his buttocks from an unknown object, Morrill said. He was treated at the Jersey City Medical Center, an RWJ Barnabas facility, for the minor injury and released. The incident started on the second floor of the mall and ended inside Kohl's a witness said. "It was a group of young teens running through the mall into Kohl's that attacked a young teen and the cashier got hurt by them," a man who witness what he called a "frenzy."

Same there happened here in Indianapolis.
The “hood” malls on the east and west sides closed because of “teens”.
So they went to the downtown mall.
They they started that shenanigans and the cops and security took over the mall.
Then some moron started a bus line from the hood up to the north-side malls.
Like a plague of locusts.
My favorite comment: “Kids will be kids. These things have happened to teenagers forever.”
Now what kind of person would write something like that?
We have ONE good mall left in the city of Indianapolis.
No urban youth or “teen” problems.
Want to know why?
No athletic shoe stores.
None.
And no public bus service available from the ghettos to the mall.
We build, they destroy.
Kohl's can't catch a break! This is in NJ, but the closest Kohl's to me (IA) is a shoplifter's magnet, as is the closest nearby Wal Mart. Every day there is another police report and an arrest at one or both. We joke about how nicely these two "bookends" encase the wonderful spectrum of diversity in that particular locale: the imported Illinois urban thugs steal from Wal Mart, and the locally-grown white trash lift from Kohl's. The police could save time and money by installing a kiosk/holding cell in the parking lot of both.

I remember the riot at Castleton two years ago. We were having dinner down the street when the convoy of cop cars went by. I knew immediately what was happening.
If a race is not mentioned, guess. If a political party is not mentioned, guess.
I’m sure they wouldn’t be brawling outside a Redwing’s shop either.
