They may just as well say we’re sick of freedom of speech. This won’t, or at least shouldn’t, get past the courts.
It is in the NDAA sitting on Obama’s desk to be signed. It will never see the courts.

4 years ago this was inserted into the NDAA and it is being used right now regarding Russian hackers and fake news! This propaganda bill now closes the loop on information available to the public from anything but government approved sources.
It is essentially over unless Trump rewrites the NDAA and that my FRiend won’t pass the House or Senate.
