the MI Court of Appeals is a STATE court; the 6th Circuit is a UNITED STATES (FEDERAL) COURT OF APPEALS. The USCA (in either MI or PA) is the route to SCOTUS, which is what Stein is after

YES, just read in another thread.

A mere formality of filing a motion at the Federal District Court level, because the Federal Court of Appeals 6th district stated something along the line(s) of,: until the Michigan courts rule(s) blah, blah....

Michigan courts, now having ruled, i.e. FU Stien.
