Thanks for clearing up how the jurors ruled as they did.
I have pretty good faith in the jury system. It seems it worked as designed.
The happened in my county and when jury selection began it quickly became apparent that they couldn't get enough jurors who hadn't already formed an opinion, so he got a change of venue. I'm just sorry that the death penalty was taken off the table. His son died in a horrible manner.
