Wisconsin recount returns for day 4 show that Donald Trump has continued to inch ahead of Hillary Clinton, gaining just over three dozen more net votes.
The Election Commission does not add up recount returns when they come in, but, rather, places the raw numbers on a spreadsheet that includes each reporting municipality. Heavy has tallied the returns by county from the Election Commissions day 4 spreadsheet (it also includes returns from days 1, 2, and 3.) The December 4 spreadsheet is updated with more new returns each day. Details on gained and lost vote counts per county are listed later in this article.
Whats happening is this: Each major candidate is losing small numbers of votes here or there in the $3.5 million recount, but each is also gaining small numbers of votes here or there, so it is all basically a wash, as Trump slightly extends his lead and day 4 shows no indications of any significant change. Wisconsin uses a mixture of paper ballots and machines for voting, and some returns are being counted by hand, but others are not.
Trump gained 356 votes
Trump lost 246 votes
Trump net gain on day 4: 110 votes
Clinton gained 296 votes
Clinton lost 225 votes
Clinton net gain on day 4: 71 votes
Thus, Trump has inched ahead by another net 39 votes as of day 4 of the recount.
The totals dont count the City of Milwaukee; Some other websites are adding those in, but its extremely misleading to do so at this point. Thats because the City of Milwaukees wards currently show large deficits for each candidate in lost votes,

These are the explanations provided by the clerks for difference in numbers between canvass and the recount:
Dane County: 12 Absentee ballots were left in their certificate envelopes, unopened, on Election Night, for City of Monona Wards 6-10. Ballots were opened and canvased by the board during the recount.
Fond Du Lac County: 13 absentee envelopes were missing from Election Night and 1 absentee ballot counted on Election Night was rejected during recount canvassing of Town of Fond Du Lac Wards 1-8. A draw-down was done resulting in a loss of 7 votes for Trump/Pence and a loss of 7 votes for Clinton/Kaine.
Grant County: Village of Woodman and Village of Livingston removed from Day 4 results pending verification of recount numbers by Grant County Board of Canvas.
Racine County: Increase of 13 votes for Clinton/Kaine, votes were not counted on Election Night due to non-standard pens used to mark ballots.

Or you can skip “Heavy” and go directly to the Wisconsin Election Commission data, which is where they’re getting their information from: (spreadsheet)
http://elections.wi.gov/elections-voting/recount
If they actualyl checked and verified the “Citizenship” of all voters who “voted”, TRUMP’s lead would increase even more significantly.
If they actualyl checked and verified the Citizenship of all voters who voted, TRUMPs lead would increase even more significantly.
Citizenship, double voting ( voted in 2 states), dead people.... There’s s rice pool there...
What % is finished?
Never saw this Heavy site before the election, they are doing the best job I’ve seen on the recounts.
Not that I think anything will happen with MI or PA but WI will guarantee 270 EVs all by itself.
I'm not sure why the concern trolls are so worried about this recounting. If any of those states flipped in a recount, it would be historic and it would cast doubt on the integrity our our entire election system.
Now I have no doubt that voting fraud occurs but it occurs in the voting phase, not the vote counting phase.
Once Trump is sworn in, I suspect he will work with the states to tighten up our voting process in the following ways:
I can think of other ways to tighten things up but that's a good start.
A lot of the other vote fraud (like ballot stuffing) would be prevented if we just tighten up the process on the voting side. For example, by not requiring ID, it is too easy to vote on behalf of somebody else.
35ish
Don’t get any hopes up. Democrats know they only need mass fraud in the largest counties to win a state. They do such with paper ballots and back room filling them out.
Absentee, Motor voter and under votes are ripe for the fraud. Need People in every major county inside and watching to prevent this.
When does the Military Vote get counted?........
In Democrat Counties they may never be counted.
Are there any states Trump barely lost? Maybe the votes in those states should be recounted. (It is to be expected that any election cheating was done by Demonicrats.) Piling on Trump electoral votes can’t hurt.
So well in line to finish before the deadline.
Stein will ask for another recount.
My thinking as well, but I’m not sure how many of the returns are from areas that are doing a hand recount. If these are mostly machine returns, then things might slow down soon.
Or 10 if needed!
Stein will ask for another recount.

Recount the recount! Voters have a right to know that their votes were recounted.
Experience. The dims always gain in recounts. Watch Michigan, although it may be irrelevant.
I also think the dims will find a way to take the Wisconsin recount into the federal court system. They have no shame.
BTW I am not a "concern troll". I am a pragmatist watching this kind of stuff since the 1950s.
