[The Constitution clearly defines the election process are the responsibility of the state’s legislature. A judge has no say over how a state runs it’s elections]

How come federal judges are constantly throwing out voter ID laws then?

Also the federal mandate against some southern states since the 60’s under the voting rights act.?

Because they are activist judges and they know the appeal process takes longer than the election so it’s fruitless to appeal.

I also believe we have compliant legislatures who are afraid to tell activist judges to stuff thier descision.
