don’t be so confident she can’t find a federal judge who will see some kind of unconstitutionality in Pennsylvanians election laws. If the federal courts could find the states marriage laws unconstitutional, there’s nothing that is immune from their agenda-pushing meddling and disapproval

PA isn't the hill they're going to make a stand on.

They know that the unanimous decision in Bush v. Gore means that they can huff and puff all they want, but in the end the legislature can appoint whatever slate of electors it wants, and with Republicans controlling both Houses of the PA legislature, they aren't going to be Hillary electors.

Liberal Federal judges can engage in sophistry, no doubt, but they don't do it to no purpose whatsoever.
