Yesterday a federally registered nonprofit election entity launched a fundraiser to cover the court costs of a lawsuit it intended to file in the name of forcing a statewide recount in the narrowly decided state of Florida. The attorney fees were fully crowdfunded within a matter of hours. And today the attorney in question announced that he has officially filed the lawsuit in question, creating at least some possibility that a Florida recount may happen.
Florida state law prohibits any candidate from requesting a recount, meaning that third party candidate Jill Stein cannot force a recount in the state even if she pays for the costs, as shes doing in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. But this lawsuit is aimed at getting a judge to order a Florida recount, whether republican state officials want to do it or not.
Clint Curtis, the Florida attorney who has been hired to lead the legal charge in court, announced today via his official Facebook page that the election complaint is now indeed underway in the legal arena.
Donald Trump was officially named the winner in Florida, but by a razor thin margin, and only after Hillary Clinton had appeared to bank enough of an early vote lead in the state that it would have been all but mathematically insurmountable for Trump to have come back and won. If the courts do rule that a Florida recount must take place, and if the recount reveals that Clinton did get the most votes in the state, those electoral votes would be reassigned to clinton. Similar scenarios are playing out in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, with the fate of the election hanging in the balance.
Apparently 1/3 of America needs to move to Cuber or Venezuela.
Commies never give up, they just regroup. Strong election reform needs to occur in many states.
I intend to file a complaint with the Bar on Monday.
By saying it is the Law Office of Clint Curtis, in Orange County, Florida, he is either holding himself out to practice law in Florida, which he is not licensed to do, or he is guilty of false advertising in that it is not his law office, it is the law office of the only person licensed in Florida, the Robitaille shown.
I believe such an advertisement is clearly misleading, regardless of the cute little disclaimers included.
Palmer is also reporting that Stein hasn't totally given up in Pennsylvania yet either.
No, the Pennsylvania recount effort isnt over. Yes, the mainstream media is lying to you.
By Bill Palmer | December 3, 2016
"In fact her next step is to fight for precinct by precinct recounts in Pennsylvania until the vote totals have been sufficiently corrected and revised to drop Donald Trumps lead in the state from the current 0.8% mark to the 0.5% mark, which in turn would trigger an automatic statewide recount under Pennsylvania state law."

On second thought, the false advertising complaint could also be against Robitaille
So they had 3 electors (3 voters) do the law suit just like Stein had them do in PA. The non profit also says they had a hand getting in the WI recounts so these are all the same people.
So sick of them Let Mr. trump serve as president and shut the **** up.
Imagine if this had been done to Obama.
Narrowly decided State of Florida? Are you out of your tree?
Gov. Scott and Pam Bondi will not allow another phony side show like in Pennsylvania.>>> what side show. Stinkin Stined file a lawsuit. anyone can do that. that is the law. when she had to put up she quit. PA law was upheld. it’s the law. no side show here.
Trump won by 112,911 votes or 1.19%. Hell, Gore couldn’t overcome a few hundred votes in 2000.
Voters aka electors. Imagine if voters had tried this in 2008 and 2012 against Obama.
On further review.... If he called it the “Hope and Justice Law Firm”, and listed Robitaille, that would probably pass muster.
But by calling it the Clint Curtis firm, there is clear indication to the casual reader that Curtis would be representing them.
Sounds like they want to recount every state that, when shuffled, might give them their total.
They would have to create almost 120,000 votes to flip Florida.
FLORIDA ELECTION RESULTS
(showing Trump & Clinton only)
Trump - 29 Electoral votes
4,605,515 votes
49.1%
Clinton - 0 Electoral votes
4,485,745 votes
47.8%
there is no recount in PA. that event has past.. you can only file a lawsuit to contest the entire PA election. Find me a judge that will participate in an event to throw out all of PA votes that will only scratch PA from both vote count and EV totals? We just sent a AG to jail. we will do it again to any judge that violates the law.
Even more, the two lawyers he listed as Florida partners Robitaille and the ugly woman, neither of them were ever admitted in Florida!
This is the address of the lawyer Clint Curtis that filed the lawsuit. I encourage anyone in the Orlando area to go my his office on E Colonial and let him know what you think of his lawsuit
This whole deal, especially with the asking for money, looks like a huge scam to crowdfund money
That is a very bad part of Orlando, and suggest u review my prior post in this thread on this matter.
It’s also in neighborhood called the VFW, and not because of any military service
All them hanging chads at the nursing home again???! When will these power-mad Demoncraps ever learn ? they are tone- deaf to the constitution and tone-deaf to the concerns and needs of the American people they so despise ———— and insult -—— and then they have all this “Creativity” trying to steal elections they (quite naturally) lose. Their entire world view and course of conduct.is despicable .
