CNN Apologizes After Joking About Donald Trump’s Plane Crashing

CNN has apologized after a reporter and producer were caught joking on camera about Donald Trump’s plane crashing.
In footage obtained and posted on YouTube by Scott Jones of FTV Live, an unidentified producer can be heard telling reporter Suzanne Malveaux that the president-elect’s plane crashed.
“That means his plane’s crashed,” the producer says as Malveaux grins. “No, I’m kidding.”
I don’t recall, in eight years, CNN joking about Air Force One crashing.
Were their fingers crossed?
Just shows how callous toward the truth CNN employees are in unguarded moments.

I would think they’d be a bit circumspect joking about plane crashes, since such a large segment of their audience is in airport waiting rooms.
I said the 15 months ago, biased CNN and the rest of the lying corrupt media are de facto Trump opponents.
And they had absolutely no business being involved as moderators in political debates.
For Trump, it was like going to court on fabricated charges and seeing the prosecutors wife on the bench.
Never again should be be subjected to this level of biased collusion and corruption.

Yes, I could envision FOX news host Hannity being frogged- marched by the FBI in front of CNN cameras, if he would have ‘joked’ in such a death threat against the current occupant of Air Force One.

During a Harvard Kennedy School Institute of Politics conference, rival Republican operatives had a chance to voice their displeasure at CNN’s head honcho Jeff Zucker, for his over the top coverage of Donald Trump.
A lot has been made out of CNN’s non-stop Trump coverage, including airing almost every single campaign rally he held during the entire presidential campaign from us and media critics alike.
Politico reported that at the event, after a calm beginning, “GOP campaign managers who worked for President-elect Donald Trump’s primary opponents shouted Zucker down with increasing anger as he defended how much airtime the network gave Trump...”
Zucker has admitted before that CNN erred by giving Trump so much free coverage, but said he had no regrets over it.
What a guy!
Yesterday, Republicans got a chance to vent their frustrations at Zucker’s work.

CNN Crew Jokes about Donald Trump’s Plane Crashing

CNN Correspondent Suzanne Malveauxjoke was covering the Carrier press conference, that featured both Donald Trump and Mike Pence.
Carrier was able to negotiate huge tax breaks for their company, if they promised not to move all their jobs to Mexico.
FTVLive has obtained video of Malveauxjoke before her live hit on CNN. The crew was waiting on Trump’s appearance at the press conference and waiting for his plane to land.
At one point the crew joked about Trump’s plane crashing.
Yep....this is CNN.

Former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer questioned how president-elect Donald Trump will work with the White House press corps, which is dominated by the same mainstream media outlets he disparaged in his campaign.
“The clash will go beyond ideology and the media’s dislike of Mr. Trump personally,” Fleischer wrote in an opinion piece for The Wall Street Journal. “It will happen because, while the press as an institution is largely in decline throughout the U.S., the White House briefing room is one of the mainstream media’s last bunkers of power.”
“Every incoming president has basic, generally agreed upon rules of the road,” Joe Lockhart, who served as former president Bill Clinton’s White House press secretary, told The Hill.
“The Trump team has decided they’ll blow up the road and build a new one. Where it goes from here will be a test of how far the new president and his team want to push things, and the strength and will of the press to push back.”
“While approximately 750 reporters hold White House credentials,” Fleischer wrote, “the briefing room holds 49 seats, and they are occupied overwhelmingly by mainstream media reporters, with barely any assigned to the new dot-com world.
