Arab media reports that Israeli aircraft targeted the Syrian army and a Hezbollah convoy near Damascus.
Arab media reported on Wednesday morning that Israeli aircraft carried out two airstrikes in the Damascus area overnight Tuesday.
One report said that the first airstrike hit a weapons warehouse belonging to the Syrian army near Damascus.
The second attack, according to the report, targeted a convoy of cars belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist group.
Other Syrian websites reported that the attack on the Hezbollah convoy was meant to thwart a delivery of missiles from Syria to Lebanon. According to these reports, the convoy was bombed after it left the airport in Damascus.

Why would they bomb the Syrian Army?
Likely because they knew what was in that particular “weapons warehouse” and wanted it destroyed?
Sounds like they are mainly bombing Hezbollah, Israel’s enemy. They sure have good info to know if missiles were being transported to Lebanon where Hezbollah is strong. I read the Lebanon press pretty often, they are right next to all of the trouble in Syria yet, at the same time, a free nation.
Pinging the End Times ping list
Some Syrians were on the Israeli side of the Golan the other day.
Is Israel coordinating with Russia?
What will Israel do when Obama declares his “no fly zone”?
Some ISIS fighters were killed on the other side of the Golan by Israel.
The top story “Israel attacks targets in Syria” looks like a valid story, I do note, it doesn’t appear anyone else is reporting this yet.

Just now.
because Syria is still an enemy of Israel
[[Why would they bomb the Syrian Army?]]
To stop the delivery of missiles to Hezbollah .
This is getting serious. Trump has his work cut out for him and tamping down this blaze is top of the list.
Israel has recognized that all this military activity gives the Syrians opportunities to boost Hezbollah. Most of the troubles stems from Dumbshit and Dumbass arming enemies of the Syrian regime. Stop the aid and the level of violence goes down appreciably.

That article says 10 bombs, each weighing a ton, were dropped on where they think ISIS installations are.
Israel has already retaliated a number of times against targets in Syria, it seems to happen periodically. Maybe 4 months since the last time.
Okay, Times of Israel and RT are reporting this story likely with the same details as in the OP.
Actually it has everything to do with Iran and all the billions it got from that stupid deal
Evil deal, not stupid. It wasn’t intended to bring peace and failed. It was intended to arm the enemies of the US and Israel and it succeeded.
Thanks Lera
Yet without arms + manpower from Iran, Iraqi/Afghan Shia militia and Hezbollah, where would Assad be today?
They were critical in propping up the Syrian army in key battles. Without ‘em the salafi headchoppers of ISIS/al-Qaeda would not be on the brink of defeat.
There are no easy answers.
