What pisses me off how easily she is constantly given the green light to proceed with this frivolous scam by those three states...yes even PA because I guarantee you they have already shopped for a liberal judge to side with them and grant them a hand recount!! I so sick of those bastards SICK OF THEM!!!
They are having a hearing in Wisconsin at 4:30 today not sure if it still going on now about the full hand recount and Clintons Lawyers joined it:

Look, they will play every single game up until the Dec. 13 drop dead date, and the process allows that. They are being a-hole sore losers. There is only one way to stop it and that is to punish them at the ballot box. Our process makes all this allowable, if they want to be jerks and do it, they can and nothing can stop that. They have recount laws and courts available to them - every one does. That is how our system works.
When we lose, we have the same ability to be a-holes just like they are now. We are getting to the point in this country where the parties have become enemies not opponents. There is no longer a common understanding in this country between opponents. No dignity is left in the politics of this nation. Honestly, we are overdue for a major blood-letting. And these are just all signs of that coming.
Trump will win. There is no there there. But they can, if they wish to be a-hole sore losers, do all of this. And so they are.

Since the votes are cast in private, how would it be determined which candidate received the illegal ones?

Just finished reading the following about the electoral College.
“The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed.”
Is this the number voting, or is it the majority of the 538 member of the Electoral Congress?
If the three states cannot certify their election results, and appoint their members of the Electoral Congress (20-PA, MI-16, and WI-10) prior to the deadline, does this mean Trump still needs 270, or does it mean he needs a majority of the remaining electoral votes?

States must make final decisions in any controversies over the appointment of their electors at least six days before the meeting of the Electors. This is so their electoral votes will be presumed valid when presented to Congress.
Decisions by states’ courts are conclusive, if decided under laws enacted before Election Day.

The Electors meet in their state and vote for President and Vice President on separate ballots. The electors record their votes on six “Certificates of Vote,” which are paired with the six remaining Certificates of Ascertainment.
The electors sign, seal, and certify six sets of electoral votes.

Backing out the electoral votes for MI, WI and PA, Trump will still have 260 votes against Hitlery’s 232. This is all in vain for the rats.
