RE: I just found this on Michigan: Trump certified as winner by board of canvassers.
So, can one still request for a recount when the result is already certified?
"The petition must allege that the candidate is “aggrieved on account of fraud or mistake in the canvass of the votes by the inspectors of election or the returns.”

I don't think they have much of a argument to appeal the vote numbers, only the allegation of fraud which they claim in their own narrative, they have no evidence to support.
