Here’s day 11 results; all but Milwaukee absentees and about 5 precincts other than Milwaukee have been recounted.

Everything was counted originally, and that’s where the difference of 22,000 votes came from.

All the ballot amounts are known; this is a recount of existing votes.

Milwaukee may have finished Dec 8 but they haven’t sent in results yet.
