Yep, fed judge agreed with state ruling. But the real vote fraud has to be stopped by trump - motor voter in CA and other states

Spoke to editor at a Milwaukee newspaper. They will finish count on Monday in WI.

There are scattered recounts going on; article is about the one going on in Chester county.

“...A hearing in federal court in Philadelphia is scheduled for Friday on the Stein campaign’s petition for a full recount. That decision would not involve the recount approved by the county election board, however, since the petitioners did meet the requirements of having three voters form each precinct petition for such a step.

[Michigan] AG's answer to Stein's application for leave to appeal

One question presented, is Stein "aggrieved?" Pretty long filing, not a particularly difficult read. Summarizes the same arguments made all along.

MI Supreme Court might weigh in later today, or it might wait until next week. But it is pretty clear that it will reject Stein's application to be heard.
