2 biggest counties in PA (Philadelphia & Allegheny) when recounted, show miniscule change in vote totals:

She picked up a net of —five— votes.

Canvass of Detroit votes show voter sign in logbooks have fewer people than votes in the machine:

And looks like those can’t be used in a recount.

So in the recount, illary gets less votes...
