These regular, almost automatic Congressional exemptions are prima facie violations of the 14th Amendment.
It’s time for the US version of Magna Carta. Government types are subject to any and all laws they pass. Perhaps they just might see what a burden the laws are.
Perhaps it’s time for a change. Congress members should get no exemption from any law they pass. Period.
and no waivers for unions or any other entities!

Capitol Hill has a major deluge of “swamp sewage” that needs to be drained.
This would get Obamacare repealed faster than any other single action. No way Congress and staff live by that law.
Or use the power of the pen and exempt everyone right after inauguration.

There is also a list of unions and Obama buddies who were allowed to be exempt from Ocare. That list should be discarded, which will serve as a helpful stimulus for repeal.

this can be done by Executive Orders without the Legislature even being involved or having ANY SAY WHATSOEVER
All Persons that can be Classified as a “Federal Employee”, SHALL purchase and maintain their own personal and family health Insurance from the Affordable Care Act Exchange in the State they legally reside.
All Military Personnel shall be exempt from this order.
All TAXPAYER monies saved on Private Health Insurance shall be redirected to Building a Wall on our Southern Border.
