This is Michigan where you have to show your ID to vote and we keep track of how many ballots were mailed out.
There is no place to insert any more ballots. The ones that are unaccounted for, ie did not get mailed back in, are too small in number to do anything to Trump's win even if every single one of them was a Hillary vote.
There is not even enough to trigger a recount.
They need to give it up gracefully and move on to Pennsylvania or some place that they have electronic voting machines. Only paper ballots and optical scanners here.
