The Detroit Free Press said the recount “will be a monumental task for the Secretary of State and 83 county clerks around Michigan” and that the state will hand count each ballot if a recount is requested.
Michigan’s recount rules say that a candidate “who believes that the canvass of the votes cast on the office may be incorrect because of possible ‘fraud or mistake’ in the precinct returns may petition for a recount of the votes cast in the precincts involved.”
Michigan charges $125 per precinct for a recount. Opposing candidates can “submit objections to the recount request to the Board of County Canvassers,” Michigan’s recount rules say.
In contrast, Wisconsin does not mandate hand counting of ballots and uses a mixture of electronic machines and paper ballots. Pennsylvania is one of a few states to rely almost exclusively on electronic machines without any paper records.

I didn’t know WI had a RAT SOS, explains why she seems to be so anxious to give them whatever they ask for. I am in MI and from what I am seeing the SOS is ready to agree to the recount, no problem. So far Trump is showing no inclination to stop it so here we go.
It is a scam. Trump didn’t clean house facing all of the R candidates he did and then take out Hillary by ignoring things. The Forbes article is telling. Trump is astute. While he may not be facile given his RONCO style of verbosity, the man has serious marketing skills.
I see no trouble. This is doomed to failure. and they could not deal with the white riots in the streets. This is a joke.
From what she have read in MI, the election will be certified on Monday. Then after that candidate can petition the SOS for a recount/challenge by Wednesday. TEAM Trump may be waiting until the petition is filed before they will announce their intentions. Also the SOS probably has to make sure all county elections offices are ready for a recount should there be one.
The MI SOS will review the petition when she receives it and act accordingly, which won’td be till after the election results are certified Monday. Unlike WI which only requires one be a candidate and can pay for the recount, in MI the SOS has the authority to reject a recount request and also must take any objections from other candidates to the petition under advisement. Also MI law requires some proof of fraud or irregularities or harm done to the petitioner in the counting, IOW you have to have some evidence and valid legal reason for the recount besides making every vote count.
PA will be the key IMO. If they are rightly blocked by a PA judge from pursuing a recount or legal challenge to the certified election results. I would not be surprised to see first Hillary formally withdraw support for recounts in WI and MI. Then the MI recount likely gets denied and Stein will not appeal. WI will go on and likely finish the recount well ahead of the Dec 13 deadline and the Rats will not try delaying tactics. It all hinges on PA, which we will know by middle of the week at the latest.

Well it’s possible it started as a Scam that the witch turned has turned into an opportunity. And if we can see
the danger here it is hard to imagine Trump & his people

anything could happen. All he has to do is stop any recount in one of the three states.If successful that would be it, game over. Do it and save the country the hell that was November/December 2000.

These donors took a chance when they placed their bets on Hillary. She did not lose the election on purpose.

The witch is up to something. The photo ops border on bizarre. When the campaign was on, those were controlled. The press corpse is gone, seemingly. So where’s the Secret Service and the myriad of pictures people would be taking if she was spotted? Everyone has a phone, right?
I agree and Trump needs to act fast if he wants recounts in other states:
For NV - Election certified on Tuesday. Recount must be petitioned within 3 business days.
For VA - Election certified on Monday 11/21. Recount must be petitioned within 10 days.
For CO - Election certified on Tuesday 11/22. Recount must be petitioned within 10 days.
They are trying to accomplish CHAOS. That’s in caps, because it is at the root of everything Soros & Co. does. Why? “Out of chaos, order.” They create the chaotic conditions, then propose their solution, which is a centralized control by themselves. Divide and conquer is a facet of this.
I think of it in Hegelian terms. Thesis: the status quo, normal American life. Antithesis: introduction of opposite cultures, opposite ways of life, anything at all that upsets the norms under which we all grew up. From the conflict between thesis and antithesis comes synthesis. This is the ‘new normal’, a culture of dark depravity, an uncertainty of safety in daily life, the constant abrasiveness as the antithesis tries to overcome the thesis and the thesis resists.
Search :’Top down, bottom up, inside out”. They don’t make any secret of it.
Second, they want everyone to become so overwhelmed during Trump’s administration they will welcome anyone at all to replace him. They are setting the stage for whatever they will try and impose on us next. They want us to internalize that we haven’t won anything, we’ve simply bought ourselves some breathing room.
Third, they simply wish to hinder Trump in any manner they can. Very juvenile, but that’s the progressive left.
Do not attempt to use logic to understand these people. They have one goal: control. They have one desire: absolute power. The end always justifies any means they choose. Conversely, they may have come to believe some of their own propaganda and have therefore elevated feelings and emotions to a higher functional order than is warranted.
Or, at least, they believe that most of us can be manipulated most successfully through emotions. I don’t know for sure, of course, I’m simply going by what I observe.

I think they are trolling us. The want us to have anxiety because they are miserable - and they try to delegitimization Trump in the process.

I don’t think it is necessary for Trump to publicly go after Hillary. All he has to do is appoint a FBI and DOJ leadership that will, and he looks like a good guy for saying he won’t, “but look at these crimes we uncovered...”
Hillary is going down no matter who occupies the Whitehouse. The evidence is out there in multiple LEO agencies, and it is not going to go away until resolved with the law.
Just really pissing people off and hurting their chances as anti liberty down the road. No sympathy on investigations now bankrupt them and demon spawn Chelsea then send em to prison
I know several people who voted to leave the presidential spot blank. That's why Trump did not do as well in some affluent socially conservative areas. I was a very last minute Trump voter myself originally planning on leaving the position blank, which is why I took a long break from FR.
Those were provisional ballots.
That would be done before the election. I used to live in Washtenaw County - Democrat Central. I was a poll challenger there. At the end of poll day, every vote there has to match the pollbook and is sealed. The same goes for AVCB (Absentee Voter Counting Board).
I can't speak for other states, but fraud in Michigan - if it occurred - would have been done already.
