I believe they have one and we don't know it yet in full.

There are four end games as far as I can see. Two are unlikely (with one being way out in fringe, tin-foil hat land and the other just unlikely).

1) Create and spread enough FUD about Trump's legitimacy to damage his first term. I see this as the most likely end game scenario. I also see it as having a high probability of backfiring.

2) This is not about recounts, but is a money laundering operation being run by the Clinton Foundation. I view this as an unlikely end game scenario. Stein's involvement in it doesn't make much sense at first glance. Still, it's not out of the question.

3) Fabricate enough votes to flip PA and one of the others (probably MI since it's the closest of the three) and put HRC in the White House. I don't believe they will be able to do this without sparking a no joke armed confrontation. I see this as being nearly as likely #1. I also see it being unlikely to actually succeed, which is a good thing considering what the consequences of this succeeding would look like.

4) Least likely, most tin foil hat scenario: this operation is not actually supported by the Clintons, but is an independent operation run by Soros and Stein for the purpose of destroying the DNC as we know it. If the recounts were to successfully disenfranchise PA, MI, and WI, it would be the final nail in the coffin of the DNC in the upper Midwest for a long time. They'd be correctly seen as hypocrites for disenfranchising entire states after giving Trump the third degree about accepting the election results. The only reason this would happen is if Soros had found a new tool to work through and he decided the DNC had outlived it's short term usefulness. Also possible he'd bring the DNC down to rebuild it into something he likes better.

Only number 3 from among your scenarios makes sense, and armed conflict is something I expect an Obama or Clinton administration wouldn’t mind putting down from their seat of power.
