Trump Tower Has Been Renamed "Dump Tower" On Google Maps (now picked up by Drudge)

Strange. With Firefox and Windows 7, I googled “central park nyc”. Opened in google maps. Lo and behold, “Dump Tower” is displayed to the south as of less than ten minutes ago.

Sure enough...go to Manhattan on google maps, zoom in and sure enough Dump Tower.

Yup, back to Dump Tower, and below that it says “Tryingump” Tower.

Now it's in Russian on mine and it's Tramp Tower.

The way it translates above is Tramp Tower. I don't have Russian installed on my computer and I'm in the USA.

At one resolution it said TryingTrump Tower, then it switched to Russian which reads 'Tramp Tower':

I just checked from Safari on my iPad. It says “Dump Tower,” but when I clicked on the locator pin, the locator info says just “Trump,” and interestingly, the pin label then changed to “Presidential Tower” after tapping on it.

Just checked it out. It now simply says Trump (no tower).

That may change soon, but as of this posting this was the state of things.
