Yes, he was a blessing in disguise that wants to continue to talk to his bubble constituent as if that will influence sentient Americans.
The author is a clear thinker. I believe that Obama’s continual criticism of American political leaders will have a great positive effect on American politics for a generation after his leaving office.

I’d like to think of Obama as somewhat like a Special Olympian, getting a “participation” award, even though he came in last.
All races are run counter-clockwise. So a victory lap would be run counter-clockwise too. But considering Obama’s record-setting failure, he is not entitled to a victory lap. He must run a loser lap, clockwise.
