Agree, just need about 3-4 people with slide rulers in a room arguing about frequencies and a few bean counters managing the radio frequency spectrum licensing to ensure you don’t have 2 systems using the same frequencies.

Add spectrum management to that list and this would be good. No “fair doctrine” PC crap. However this is not where I would have begun with govt reductions. There are many agencies that I would put higher on the cut list. Pretty much anything that does not play a role in national security.
Yep. Let the FCC handel licensing amateur radio, commericial/public safety frequency coordination and broadcast radio and tv freq cootdenitation. They have no other need to get involved anywhere else.
