Doesn't the candidate have to be within 1/2 percent or less than 1000 votes of a challenger to have standing for a recount? It wouldn't change the outcome for Stein anyway. Sour grapes.

Yes I believe as well the state elections officials need to deny her recount request on the grounds that Stein will not gain anything to her vote totals and she has no standing to win. The elections officials should state that only Trump or Clinton would have standing to request a recount prior to certification.

I’m pretty sure that the head elections official in each state has the authority to deny Steins recount request even if she can pay for it. More and more I suspect there has been ballot box tampering/stuffing the past two weeks in these three states. I doubt the security for the ballot storage area is top notch and relatively easy for one to tamper with them if they know what they are doing.
