Last week, televangelist Jim Bakker reacted to the presidential election results by prophesying that God will punish people who live in counties that voted for Hillary Clinton.
Bakker pointed to a map that showed the results of the election by county and said that “if you live in the blue—any spot that’s blue—I would say, ‘Oh God, help me. Oh God forgive me.’ Because those are the ones who came against the will of God in this election.”
“I just want to tell you, God has spoken to me, I’ve seen under the ground in California, in LA, and God spoke to me that in Los Angeles alone there is going to be such an earthquake come that literally the big buildings will be laying on their sides, all of LA is going to collapse,” he added.
Bakker’s cohost agreed, warning that counties that voted for Clinton will receive God’s judgment: “If you look at California, the east side of California is red by county and the west side is blue. And where do all of the fault lines, where do all the prophetic words happen to plant themselves? It’s on the far-west of the West Coast. It’s the blue.
Now you got to understand, judgment is not coming for them because they voted for Hillary, it’s because they voted for a platform. They voted for a platform that is so incredibly pro-abortion, anti-Bible.”

I think God will send earthquakes to California regardless.

In other news, Kim Clement, who died this morning, has been prophesying for over a decade that those who claim CA will have earthquakes as judgment from God are not speaking God’s will, and his prophetic track record throughout his life was very reliable. I would not hold my breath waiting for it; God prefers repentance to judgment, as another prophet, Jonah, learned the hard way.
Jim Bakker is a corrupt charlatan.

Jim...in the Five Fold ministry thingie you do not have gift of prophesy and so stuff like this just makes folks like you sound stupid..
Leave it to folks with that gift to make pronouncements.
And just because Calif may have an earthquake in next week or so... I doubt it has anything to do with hillary...the blue areas of calif are along the coast and the san andreas runs all the way from the south to up around san francisco before going offshore..and there are hundreds of other faults

No Just God would do that! This guy is an idiot! There are tens of thousands of good, decent, God-fearing folks in the areas of this country that voted for Hillary. What an absolutely dumb-assed statement! I live in a red enclave in one of those blue areas Bakker mentioned and I’m not worried any more than anyone who lives where earthquakes occur. This is just stupid to even post!
