Well, for one thing, she definitely looks better when she is smiling, which seems to be her natural facial expression, so it is a bit shocking to see her with a scowl like this. On the other hand she could just be looking very stern while the Donald is bringing the hammer down.
She does look older than 49. Maybe a smoker. Maybe stress. I think sometimes being on the thin side makes women look a little older in the face. They don’t have any fat to puff out those wrinkles a bit. My sister is a fine example - she’s in good shape, but her face could use just a little fat. Every wrinkle is exposed.
