WASHINGTON (AP) — President-elect Donald Trump will not derail progress made in fighting climate change and creating clean-energy jobs, the head of the Environmental Protection Agency insisted on Monday in arguing "the inevitability of our clean energy future is bigger than any one person or nation."
EPA chief Gina McCarthy said the world is "in a spectacularly different place today than we were when President (Barack) Obama took office," citing new environmental rules and actions to help create thousands of jobs in renewable energy such as wind and solar power.

The word “won’t” is a subjective word, based on a feeling, in this case ‘hope’. The word “can’t” is a definite word, based upon facts, not opinions. I see that EPA Administrator, Gina McCarthy, has learned from Democrat luminary, Bill Clinton, the ability to parse and twist language to benefit ‘the cause!’
However, “won’t” can’t TRUMP Trump, so she will learn that can’t will trump won’t! Too bad, so sad, you set your efforts on sand and the tide is coming in now - oops!
It shouldn’t be hard to do away with the EPA. Just transfer it into some new name with new regulations. Then close the doors on the EPA.
