Their secession would be AWESOME and they can join Canada along with Washington and Oregon. As soon as their past-due check clears, they are good to go. We naturally need a method to ensure real patriot Californians can join us here. :-)

California has 38 million people and Canada has 30 million ,it would never work ,California would get enough seats in Parliament to control Canada

Canada doesn’t want these people. They work hard not to have suck pump people.

One needs lots of money to emigrate to Canada. and California would not be enough.

Just carve out the Pacific coast from San Francisco to Los Angeles, name it the Republic of the Pacific. Allocate all California debt to this group, after all they're the ones who incurred it.

The northern counties of California can join the southern counties of Oregon, the area currently known as the State of Jefferson. Resulting in the creation of a new conservative state. The remaining Californians will stay California, also generally conservative. All water will be cut off to the Republic of the Pacific, except that generated by the state of California.
