There are at least 3 types of cinnamon. The common cinnamon on the grocery shelf is Chinese cinnamon, a cousin of true cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon). If you are using cinnamon for diabetes then you need to use true cinnamon or Ceylon cinnamon. I found it on amazon but your health food store should have it, too.

So how you would you consume Ceylon
Cinnamon for use in controlling sugar for diabetes? And how much per dose? I will try asking for it in a health store.
