There are at least 3 types of cinnamon. The common cinnamon on the grocery shelf is Chinese cinnamon, a cousin of true cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon). If you are using cinnamon for diabetes then you need to use true cinnamon or Ceylon cinnamon. I found it on amazon but your health food store should have it, too.
So how you would you consume Ceylon
