That's interesting. The first thought would be that the monument marks the spot where he gave the speech. But, on second thought, maybe not ...

Your coordinates are quite precise. A hundredth of a second of longitude at that latitude is about nine inches. Mr Lincoln wore size 13 shoes.

I googled the subject and began going through the various results. I think it would be safe to say it is only an educated guess as to where Lincoln actually stood. I looked at the photo of him on the platform, and the trees, put it together like a puzzle.
