I take the election of Donald Trump personally not just because my candidate, Hillary Clinton, lost. I take this election personally not because Clinton was a dear friend, a classmate at Yale Law School. I take this election personally not just because it feels like the last best chance for someone of my generation — who fought the wars of Second Wave feminism — to break that final glass ceiling in national politics. I take this election personally because of how Trump won and what it legitimized. He won despite comments demeaning women in general, and Clinton in particular. He won after demonizing Muslims, immigrants, and black people. This is “just talk,’ some may say — not what he really felt. Or better yet, others will dismiss this as being “politically correct,” code for “don’t take it seriously.”

We are right to hate the evil that homosexuals bring with them, and fear God enough that we do not permit it to overwhelm us and our neighbors. What else takes an act of hate (poking one’s pole into a partner’s posterior) and calls it love quite like this, and manages to actually get it believed?
We aren’t responsible to make frantic efforts to keep every soul out of hell. Every soul that gets there, in fact, chose it over the repeated overtures of the grace of God, and has locked its door to salvation on the inside. We make broad appeals so that those who WILL be willing, will hear and that we might see the blessing.
People are sick or being labeled in pejorative ways because of where they live, how they make a living, being patriotic, being religious and being fiercely protective of their families.
The liberal playbook of name calling has finally come to the end of its effectiveness. They’re finally going to have to present an agenda rather than flame throw.

The best figures are those, like Donald, willing to sacrifice in order to try to lift up even the half of America that hated his guts, if they will but finally cease being impervious to reason.
I took the election/re-election and every policy of Obama personally. There were and are offensive to every fiber of my being. Further, I found hILLary Xlinton to be even more offensive, and as direct assault on my liberty.
No Ma’am I am glad Trump won, as a final stick in your eye for everything you leftists have done to me and my country for the last 8 years.
I let God bear my load, and God found those people loathsome, unwilling to accept a single salvational act. God put me in an era in which they would be repudiated out of my life.
