The Pizza photo with the two hostages that were released ( one was Lisa Lings sister) had hidden data. The file was too small to be stenography according to Reddit but it could have contained a smaller message such as a key.
You should take a look at this dude who decided to go investigate Comet Pizza and did a periscope of it.
