I am not sure they wouldn't get the unanimous consent from all the states. The lib states would support them, and the conservative states would welcome the 55 liberal electoral votes going bye bye.

Four years after the Civil War, the “Texas v. White” Supreme Court ruling of 1869 established that no state can ever secede from the union without the unanimous consent of all other states.
