Should be standard price to check whether arrested rioters are on SSI disability . Where indicated add fraud charges and cut the goodies. If on unemployment verify they’re looking for work hard enough to qualify. And if you can show they’re employed as rioters hit them for that fraud. IIRC federal false claims act, like RICO features treble damages.
