Event marks her first public appearance since her presidential concession speech; Clinton aide confirms she will attend awards ceremony in Washington
The event takes place Wednesday, Nov. 16 at 8 p.m. The Newseum is located at 555 Pennsylvania Avenue NW.
She will wear purple in her new role as a socialist revolutionary.
Will she be featuring the color purple?
There’s been some speculation that there will be an effort to make some sort of movement drawing the best from the red and blue groups—hence purple. Triangulation 20 years after? Maybe it’s an attempt to give Chelsea more momentum than a freshman Rep would ordinarily get, and to extend the value of the influence the Clintons have available to sell.

Fun to speculate, but the reality is that the Clintons are OVER. Democrats are glad to be out from under their thumb.
If any political dynasty, it will be Obama, and don’t think Michelle needs any stepping stone to get there. First black woman! And second time in her adult life she will be proud to be an American!
