Vice President-elect Mike Pence reportedly ordered the removal of all lobbyists from president-elect Donald Trump's transition team, The Wall Street Journal wrote on Tuesday night.
The decision was one of Pence's first since formally taking over the team's lead role. New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie was abruptly dismissed from the post last week.
Critics have excoriated Trump for including lobbyists, Washington insiders, and Republican Party veterans among his team, suggesting it contradicts the anti-establishment message that defined his campaign.
"[Americans] do not want corporate executives to be the ones who are calling the shots in Washington," Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren said earlier Tuesday. "What Donald Trump is doing is that he's putting together a transition team that's full of lobbyists — the kind of people he actually ran against," she said.

Exactly. They keep advancing this 'popular vote' meme, which is totally irrelevant (and they know it too!) but they still throw this gasoline on the fire. The little snowflakes eat it up and continue to riot because the MSM keeps advancing it. Seriously, they should know better, but of course they don't. Ignore them. Don't even attempt to explain the rationale for the Electoral system ... just ignore them. Their argument is irrelevant.

True, but what I was getting at is that the MSM all of a sudden play dumb about the Electoral College System. The students can be (somewhat) forgiven, most likely being first time POTUS voters and such ... but the MSM has NO EXCUSE for not knowing, and for promoting the 'popular vote' meme which is fueling the riots.

I remember when Obama got elected and said that there would be no lobbyists in his administration. It would be "the most transparent... ever". Leftists are hypocrites.
Too be fair, almost all politicians are to some extent, but since the Left is tightly coupled to the chattering media, they take the prize.
