Common Dem tactic: Voting after polling is closed in a close election. That's why their precincts are always 'late reporting' - busy stealing it.

I personally know Gloria Sturman, have had dinner with her and similar friends a number of times. She is to the left of Satan. Real piece of leftist trash.
To: TigerClaws
I wonder if they could ask for a different judge to hear the case now.

A judge in Clark County, Nevada, on Tuesday ordered a lawyer for the Donald Trump campaign to sit down and denied his request for an order to preserve polling data at four polling places that stayed open late last Friday. Dems seem to like wiping evidence.

Why is this being reposted? The story is a week old.
The judge made a good call. Trump’s lawyer was evidently unaware that the Registrar already is required by Nevada statute to retain the records requested, so an order requiring him/her to do so would be redundant.

Is she on the take? Why would she not allow such a reasonable and responsible request?
It looks like she does NOT want to preserve evidence.

I hope Trump, our Congress and our SCOTUS IMMEDIATELY get to work on RESETTING our electoral process to ELIMINATE early voting, vote by mail, VOTING WITHOUT ID and all the other methods conducive to DEMOCRAT VOTER FRAUD that are currently in place.
The next four years are a golden opportunity to restore FAIR ELECTIONS in America, as originally designed. The Dems have BASTARDIZED the process and that needs to be UNDONE.

Trump needs to order Judge Gloria Sturman of the bench right after he is sworn in.

It is not just actual voters who arrive after the polling places closing time that skew the results. What is there to stop the head judge and one or more trusted election judges to vote over and over for people who did not even show up?
In many Dem inner city precincts, there are no actual Republican election judges, so Dems serve in these positions, legally. This ability to vote for people who did not show up must be even easier to do if the polling place was allowed to stay open late. I think that this is the reason that Dem inner city precincts come in with their results so late. This year, Trump focused on having poll watchers. They may have saved this election for him. Big cities, like Philadelphia, did not even come in late.

Sturman should have said: shut up and sit down while I do the bidding of my Lord and Master Harry Reid.

Would you have them wait until after the records are destroyed to go to court over it ?

The lawyer may not have had any confidence that the Registrar would follow the law. Did they provide any evidence of this?
BTW, any followup on the Broward absentee ballots? They had an affidavit in that case.

Your expose completely explains it.

Trump needs to order Judge Gloria Sturman of the bench right after he is sworn in. How easy you make it sound. Congress can do it - but convicting an impeachment requires 67 Senators voting aye. Good luck with that.

Note to Trump lawyers:
With security cameras everywhere in the country today—especially on city streets-—Find the tapes of the buses coming in & discharging more voters who got into line AFTER the deadline. IF that ‘end of the line’ wasn’t monitored, then you have the Nevada officials by the short hairs.......
As a person who lives in N Nevada, I will be delighted if you can break the back of Clark County & the influences of Dirty Harry Reid.
To: Vesparado
Trumps lawyer was evidently unaware that the Registrar already is required by Nevada statute to retain the records requested, so an order requiring him/her to do so would be redundant. Can you think of a reason the judge would not have stated that fact in her statement justifying her decision. I can't imagine she would not have used it just to insult them, the fact she didn't, makes it look like she didn't know it either.
