CNN anchor Brianna Keilar claimed on Monday that she witnessed Tea Party protesters spitting on African-American members of Congress and calling them racial slurs when she previously covered the Tea Party as a reporter in 2010.
The incident that Keilar alluded to allegedly occurred on March 20, 2010, when thousands of Americans arrived in Washington, D.C. to protest House Democrats preparing to vote for Obamacare. While many reporters said they witnessed the incident, Breitbart News debunked it and found there was no video evidence that it ever happened.

Gee, did this witness see the video of the white guy who voted Trump getting the crap kicked out of him by five black guys? Millions of people did.
I’ve been seeing all of these minor Trump-on-Dem incidents pumped up and (bad pun) trumped up on TV. Leslie Stahl was asking Trump about them as if they were fact. I saw a classroom of kids chanting “build the wall.” But, no TV anchor seems to disapprove of Mexican flags being waved by illegals at Soros-organized protests. I’m not about to be guilt-tripped by these jerks.
I was at that event in DC and in proximity to where the supposed incident took place. I never saw anyone around me spit or do anything even close to that. Nor did I hear any swearing or racial slurs directed at members of congress.
That’s like the witch Leslie Stahl questioning Donald Trump about attacks by “his” supporters on blacks, hispanics, muslims, etc., since he won. Don’t you think if that were happening it would be front page news for days on end, not to mention constant footage on TV. These people are disgusting sickos! Vile is too kind for them.
They remind me of the shooter in The Jerk yelling, “He’s not carnival personnel!”

Contemporaneous evidence of her claim might exist, but I doubt it - did Keilar come out as a witness in March 2010?

With all the cell phone video NO ONE was able to provide anything that baked up any of her claims.
I know absence of proof does not mean innocence, but if this happened their might probably have been someone else besides her who saw all this things and could back her up.
In other words, she’s lying. Like that looney-tune that said Core Lewandowski grabbed her and almost threw her o the ground, and even showed a photo of her forearm with a bruise- Well she had backtrack fast when video proved her o be lying and fabricating evidence.

again, with all the cameras around, you would think there would pics of after action with those brave souls who marched, arm in arm, through the TEA Party Patriots and they would show some gross images.

Probably another example of the “recovered memory” / “false memory” syndrome. Similar to the oft quoted Dan Rather - George W Bush Air National Guard fiasco, the believer wants to believe so it becomes true to them. This becomes especially true when the live in an environment that perpetuates the meme.
Andrew Breitbart offered a significant cash reward for proof of the accusation. It was never claimed. I believe it was Jesse Jr. that was videoing real time, holding his phone above his head to record our misdeeds.
I was there. We were loud. We might even have seemed mean. But we did not break the law. We assaulted no one.
