he was a vet, he proved he was a vet, and that’s all that matters. and, before anyone loses their mind, this is a hamburger we’re talking about here.
the manager has ruined his spiffy career in the food and beverage business.
Wouldn’t that require a truthful story? I find it amazing that this happened in a restaurant and yet not one colabrative witness. Add to it a BLM activist and likely Trump derangement syndrome... And bonus points for already having a lawyer.. I’ll need some video of this happening before I’ll give it the slightest credence.
Without knowing any more, I would agree.
This is a free country and if this guy was a vet, he should have gotten his free meal, regardless of his politics.
If this vet is deliberately stirring up trouble, that reflects poorly on him, not on all vets.
If everything Walker says is true, then there was some colossal misjudgment on the part of the manager.
On the other hand, we have learned to be suspicious of claims like this where only part of the story is on tape.
Given Walker's apparent connections with radical groups, I think we're right to suspect that
(1) some important details are missing from the story, particularly details about the onset of the incident, and
(2) the whole thing may have been a set-up.
