Right; a Muslim prosecutor going after the USA has no ulterior motives.

Ve haf other veys to make them talk, no more water boarding, ISIS is showing us what methods should be used. It doesn’t matter, no matter how nice we are, it never will get reported correctly. In my book turn about is fair play. I want to set the example that we are better than them. Isn’t that what the Libs always tell us? So, lets show them how its done.

The ICC is another globalist organization like the UN and the EU that should be totally ignored by the U.S. and all other sovereign countries that wish to remain sovereign.

Yah but this was done under the auspices of the Most Merciful Pharaoh Obama.
Nail *his* ass to the wall politically.

The ICC does not go after muslim terrorists so they would seem to be on the same side. A laser guided bomb seems the proper response.

Fatou Bensouda : a Gambian Islamic lawyer
" On whether her religion plays any role in helping her do the job that she has been elected to do, she said:
Absolutely, definitely. Islam, as you know, is a religion of peace,
and it gives you this inner strength, this inner ability and a sense of justice.
Together with my experience, this will help a lot.

The International Criminal Courts chief prosecutor has suggested the US may have committed war crimes in Afghanistan. An investigation would expose US forces to ICC scrutiny for the first time. How many divisions does this chump command?

The ICC supported and encouraged war crimes in Libya.

I hope you got my sarcasm that I didn’t tag. I presume so.
And thanks for the additional info. The ICC acting as an “international” Sharia court is an abomination.

Didn’t Bill Clinton sign on to the ICC? But couldn’t get the Senate to go along?

The United States is not a participant in the International Criminal Court (ICC).
...
Positions in the United States concerning the ICC vary widely. The Clinton Administration signed the Rome Statute in 2000, but did not submit it for Senate ratification. The Bush Administration, the US administration at the time of the ICC's founding, stated that it would not join the ICC. The Obama Administration has subsequently re-established a working relationship with the Court.[3]

To: cardinal4
BJ did sign it, the Senate did not ratify it.
Bush wouldn’t bring it up, to protect our troops.
Barry did something but, it is still not a ratified agreement so, they would have force under the law.
