A few of his comments;
U.S.C. § 879 : US Code - Section 879: Threats against former Presidents and certain other persons...
Dude should be perp walked, charged, tried and sent to prison for the full five years available under this statute.
Unacceptable behavior for anyone towards any president of any party.
PacketSled has MILLIONS in Pentagon contracts and he has a security clearance!
“A CEO of a security firm threatens assassination and hes only put on leave??”
Maybe he’s on leave because it’s hard to CEO a company whilst in SS handcuffs.
“Oh wow, this guy is really in hot water. If he represented my security firm, theyd be looking for one new client.”
Indeed. I figure his little company is pretty much dead at this point.
On their web site it said they IMMEDIATELY reported it to the secret service and put him on administrative leave. Given the visibility I would think it unwise to let him come back. I do very much admire HOW they handle it. But I would have told him to pack his bags. Sometimes people like a CEO are not fired on the spot for legal and professional transition reasons. So we don’t know. But yeah. The guy needs to go. I wonder exactly what the process is when someone threatens either a president or a president elect. As there have been others as well. Would like to see these all looked into and show these whack jobs we do have a rule of law around death threats to a sitting as well as president elect in this country.
Anyone seen Comey?
That’ disappointing. They had a message on their site that they immediately contacted the secret service and put him on leave. That they take the threat seriously. Sounds as though their FB page is in conflict with their website messaging around this. Too bad for them. They done!
That's my thinking too. The company is basically a start-up, less than 50 employees, and now the CEO has been exposed as an idiot.

“PacketSled has MILLIONS in Pentagon contracts and he has a security clearance!”
probably only for a couple more months, though.
Leave???? If this isn’t grounds for immediate termination it’s hard to think what would be.
Yeah, its tough to run a company when you have been arrested by the Secret Service.
Here was a guy smart enough to lead this business, and not capable of grasping the downside of his actions?
Wow.
Can’t argue with your conclusion. Seems a given to me.
Still checking???
Time to get better lawyers. (or new accountants)
How much business are we likely to lose?
How much to fire this guy and pay him off?
A start-up:

Definitely ‘connected’.
Well she did not and she is not.
Just another illustration of the mental instability of the left. He belongs in jail, held without bond.
